QUESTIONS WE ARE FREQUENTLY ASKED
1. Do we sell only pre-order products?
Yes and No. For pre-order stuffs, please check out the 'status' of the items. If we put it 'pre-order' only, after we have received the payment you have to wait for normally 2-3 weeks for the items to arrive. If the items are ready stocks, we usually put the status of the item as 'ready stocks'.
2. What about the postage fee?
It's flat rate. RM8 to Peninsular of Malaysia, and RM10 to Sabah and Sarawak. No matter how many items you bought from us. Poslaju Malaysia is our current delivery courier service.
3. What if something happens to the cosmetic items? Like, one of the colors crack during shipping or delivery?
We do not cover for the damage during shipping or delivery process as our current service courier provider - Poslaju Malaysia also do not cover for any damage that happens to any cosmetics during delivery.
4. Do you sell original or fake products?
We only sell 100% original products. There are NO Triple Grade MAC, AAA MAC, AAA BOBBI BROWN, High Grade Benefit or MAC REPLICA on our lists of products. We normally stated the origin of the products e.g. Etude is made in Korea, NYX is made in the USA, Benefit is made in the USA.
